unlawful. Schumer is specifically considering a number of options for
legislation, including <span class=3DSpellE>expandng</span> the authority o=
f the
U.S. Trustee's office, and dramatically increasing the penalties and sancti=

through Chapter 13 protection. There has been no foreclosure because she has
